A little over 15 years ago, after years of creating ornaments and home decorations, I decided to try my hand at jewelry. Hesitant at first, yet encouraged by my family, I collected my supplies and gave it my best shot. Needless to say, that first bracelet didn't look much like something anyone would wear at all. I had never worked with beads or wire and although my family suggested it, I really didn't have the time or patience to take jewelry making classes at that time. Yet I never gave up. Since then, I have tried many different mediums and styles with varying results. My jeweling abilities blossomed with each undertaking and the rest is history.
Today the items I create have charm, wear-ability and a magical presence. A great deal of thought and creativity go into each of my creations and it is not uncommon for me to spend months on a particular piece of jewelry. Each year my wonderful creations are made available to previous clients, collectors and the general public. As an artist in the truest sense, I do my best to delight my buyers with new and innovative pieces to keep, or give as gifts.
